Patient Participation Groups

Patient Participation Groups - sometimes known as PPGs - have been established at the majority of practices within Luton and provide a way in which patients can provide feedback, ideas and views on the services provided at their local practice to support the practice in providing the best possible service to patients.

Groups support the practice in undertaking an annual survey to gain the views of patients and following the results of the survey, they assist help the practice develop an action plan.

Each practice varies in the way their group is organised, i.e. frequency of meetings, number of members, activities and projects. If you are interested in joining your local Patient Participation Group or wish to find out more, please contact your GP practice.
